Are you bothered by external yeast infection? Or maybe your child has problems with eczema or your baby has nappy rash and you are wondering if it is external yeast infection.

Anyone that suffers from yeast infection are prone to external yeast infection. Some other kinds of Candida are sometimes found on the skin it is still Candida Albicans that you will find on the skin the most.

Places Ideal For External Yeast Infection:
  • Feet, feet are warm, dark and moist from wearing shoes, especially trainers
  • Warm sweaty crotches that are in tights, leotards and other sportswear from un-breathable materials
  • The folds of fingers often immersed in hot water
  • Arms because of tight watch straps, non-porous clothes and hands because of gloves
  • Any place where sweat creates and ideal place for the yeast fungus to grow externally
  • Sweaty areas under the breasts
  • In obese people the skin from the abdomen hanging over the crotch are and legs is also a place where external yeast infection can often be found.
Other rashes that are often also Candida (yeast):
  • Eczema
  • Psoriasis
  • Urticaria
  • Acne
  • Some spots with
  • Heads
  • Scalp irritations
  • Fungus infections under the nails
  • Fungus infections under toe nails
  • Fungal ear infections
As you can see, a great many skin infections can be external yeast infections. These infections are very often some kind of irritations. There may be pus heads on the spots and some are even crusted and may appear blackened scabrous discharge. Fingernails may become white and dead. Most of the time areas are read around the fungus infections and it is normally moist and sticky. Scratching will, of course, spread the spores even more and make things worse!

Of course, natural cures for yeast infection are the best.
By simply keeping on applying creams the problem will not be overcome. You have to treat the underlying problems that are causing the fungus infection. Constantly treating it with medication will only make matters worse in the long run.

For immediate relief of external yeast infection it is always a good idea to expose the areas to air and even sun. If baby has a rash, let him lie bare bottom for a while so the skin can get completely dry.
When it comes to clothing, always think breathable clothing. Stay away from synthetic materials as far as possible. Try and keep the areas dry as well. Remember the fungus loves warm and moist places, so try and prevent that.

You may have to use some medication at first to get rid of the symptoms, but as soon as you feel better it is time to embark on a holistic approach of treating the external yeast infection to get rid of it for good.
A holistic approach will include all aspects of your lifestyle. It may feel a bit much at first, but as you start feeling better and become used to the changes, you will be amazed at the difference it makes.

Because a holistic approach includes so many aspects of your life, I cannot discuss it all in this article.
