The Athletes Foot

I wanted to take the time to talk to you about the athlete's foot cures that are available to you. This is a really hard problem for a lot of people, mainly guys. When you're on your feet all day long you run the risk of getting into this problem.

First the fungus gets on your skin, than it actually works its way into the skin, which creates an infection. Typically the infection is around the toes, but it can spread all over the bottom part of your feet. It is something that burns and looks like a bad rash. It's hard to cure this problem if you're working construction and in a pair of work boots 12 hours a day. I'm going to show you the athlete's foot cures that you can use to stop this.

The best thing I can tell you is how to prevent this problem. You can learn the cure, but you'll have to recure it every single week if you don't stop the point of infection. Your socks and shoes are the big points.

Fungus typically will grow in areas that are wet, dark and has no circulation. Typically this is inside your shoes. You have to keep your shoes dry as well as your socks. This is tough when you're on your feet all day, so it is important to change your socks throughout the day to keep things dry.

As for the athlete's foot cures, there is a lot of them. My favorite is getting warm water and mixing baking soda in with it. Just soak your feet in it every night and in no time it'll be gone.
